This service is provided solely for authorized Dogwood personnel and authorized professional engagements. Users must have permission to access each connected QuickBooks Online company and must comply with firm policies, engagement terms, confidentiality obligations, and applicable law.
The application assists with evidence retrieval and analysis. It does not replace professional judgment, supervisory review, or the user's responsibility to verify the connected company, selected transactions, source evidence, and resulting workpaper conclusions.
Unauthorized access, attempts to bypass controls, and use outside an authorized engagement are prohibited. Dogwood may suspend or discontinue access to protect client information or the service.
