Effective August 12, 2026.
The Dogwood Audit Evidence Retriever is an internal professional-services tool used by authorized Dogwood personnel to retrieve supporting records from a QuickBooks Online company for an authorized engagement.
The application may process accounting transaction details, company identifiers, and supporting attachments selected for an engagement. Production credentials, authorization tokens, downloaded evidence, and workpaper output are stored on the authorized user's Windows computer or in firm-managed locations chosen by that user.
This website receives the temporary OAuth authorization response sent by Intuit and immediately returns the user's browser to the application on that same computer. The relay is not designed to persist authorization codes, client credentials, access tokens, accounting records, or attachments.
When an authorized user selects AI analysis, supporting documents may be sent to Dogwood's configured AI service for evidence extraction. The application's Retrieval only mode does not send supporting documents for AI analysis.
Engagement records are retained and protected under Dogwood's applicable professional, contractual, and records-management policies. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
Questions about this notice should be directed to Dogwood through the firm's usual contact channel.
